‘Superman and Lois’ release posters ahead of FanDome

The highly anticipated DC FanDome happens next Saturday August 22 and Warner Bros and The CW are prepping their films and series for the big event. In preparation and to build excitement, The CW’s DC TV shows have all received special comic book inspired posters.

The latest puts the spotlight on Supergirl spinoff Superman and Lois, the new 2021 series which brings Clark and Lois back to TV.

Both lead characters Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) and his wife Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) are the focus of these posters, and they both look very much at home surrounded by those comic book panels. Check out the posters below:

Here’s a look at some of the other comic-inspired posters for the event:



The series has been pushed back to next January thanks to COVID-19, so we won’t be getting to watch it – or the network’s others show – this Fall. But, the new series is expected to receive the spotlight next weekend and we can probably anticipate seeing some sort of clip.

Following Crisis on Infinite EarthsSuperman and Lois now have two children and will be dealing with bringing them up in Metropolis.

DC FanDome will launch on Aug. 22 at 10 a.m. PDT with an all-star lineup from DC’s various properties and will offer sneak peeks at the many DC projects in the works. The event is free for online visitors worldwide, with many special announcements expected to emerge from the event.
