
GALE has announced a new leadership structure, appointing Andrew Noel as CEO, Global and Sophia Zhang as CEO, North America. The transition follows the retirement of founding CEO Brad Simms, who played a pivotal role in shaping GALE’s success over the past decade.
“Brad’s leadership was instrumental in building GALE into the powerhouse it is today, and we are grateful for his contributions,” shared Noel, a GALE co-founder. “As Sophia and I take the helm, we are committed to driving the agency forward with the same disruptive thinking and innovative strategies that have made GALE an industry leader.”
With a combined 20 years of leadership at GALE, Noel and Zhang have been at the forefront of the agency’s evolution.
