Doritos hints at love triangle with Jack Harlow and Missy Elliott

This is tasty. Frito-Lay brand Doritos’ is planning a Super Bowl LVII love fest that features rapper Jack Harlow and the “Queen of Rap” Missy Elliott in a love triangle. Get it? Doritos is a triangle and… oh, you get it! Elliott starred in a memorable Pepsi Zero Super Bowl ad featuring Morgan Freeman in 2020.

Encouraging fans to “Try Another Angle,” the brand has released three teasers. The first teaser, titled “The Love Triangle,” confirms fan speculation that Harlow would be starring in the Super Bowl campaign last week. Watch below:

The second, titled “Collab,” shows Elliott answering a phone call from Harlow, with a bag of the brand’s new chip flavor, Doritos Sweet and Tangy BBQ, in her other hand. After responding positively to Harlow’s offer to “collab,” she pinches her face at the mention of a possible “love triangle.”

“I don’t know about that,” she responds. Then, the teaser abruptly ends, leaving fans wondering what this talented duo has planned. Watch below:

The third, titled “I gotta do me, Missy,” is straight up out of Fox’s canceled series, Empire, featuring drama in the recording studio. A despondent Harlow leaves with Elliott beckoning him to return to the studio:

Frito-Lay is making a giant push for the Big Game. In addition to Doritos, there is a new PopCorners campaign featuring the stars of Breaking Bad and a Tostitos effort. The Super Bowl, featuring The Philadelphia Eagles vs. The Kansas City Chiefs, will kick off Sunday, February 12 at 6:30 EST/5:30 CST/3:30 PST.
