American Family Insurance wants fams to live safely

In a time of financial and other uncertainty, American Family Insurance wants to help consumers save money and proactively protect what matters most – their dreams.

Since the onset of the pandemic, Americans have been driving less and looking for ways to save. American Family Insurance was  the first insurance company to help by enabling $425 million in auto insurance premium relief.

Now, American Family Insurance, along with creative strategic agency partner BBDO, has launched a new 360 campaign highlighting the benefits of the brand’s KnowYourDrive program and how it can help customers continue to save as they begin to hit the road more frequently again.

The recently revamped program gives customers control over costs, and greater transparency into the ways their driving behavior impacts what they pay. They get a discount just for installing the app and can earn up to a 20% discount based on absence of poor driving behaviors (high speeds, sudden breaking, and quick acceleration).

American Family Insurance wants to help its customers live safely, enabling them to fulfill their dreams. The hero spot shows how the KnowYourDrive program is helping dreams come true for one family. Have a look at the effort directed by Park Pictures’ Lisa Rubisch
