We are now a little over a month away from Supernatural‘s final episodes. October 8 to be specific. To raise anticipation (face it, it already raised)The CW has released a brand new extended trailer for the final seven episodes, previewing what’s to come as Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) Winchester make their last stand against God (Rob Benedict).
With production on the final two episodes still underway, the new footage is primarily from the five installments that were postponed in April due to the global production shut down caused by the still ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
It does offer an intriguing look at what Sam and Dean may be planning (uh, kill God?). The trailer also features a few returning guest stars.
As I head out to the first day on my LAST season finale, I can’t help but be incredibly grateful for all that #Supernatural and the #SPNFamily mean to me. It’s been an incredible journey, to say the least. I, for one, am hoping that #SupernaturalNeverDies pic.twitter.com/HjsdQr67ou
