Vestiaire Collective is launching a new advertising campaign to bolster its brand awareness in the United States. With a focus on tapping into the growing interest in pre-loved fashion among environmentally conscious consumers, the campaign aims to highlight the brand’s extensive designer and vintage inventory and its status as a Certified B Corporation.

Developed in collaboration with New York-based creative agency Accompany Creative, the campaign, titled ‘Parlez-Vous Vestiaire Collective?’ (Do you speak Vestiaire Collective?), draws on the brand’s French heritage while maintaining a universal appeal through the language of style. By employing playful wordplay and visual cues, the campaign showcases the platform’s unique features, including its diverse seller base, rigorous authentication process, and competitive commission rates.

One of the campaign spots cleverly addresses the pronunciation of ‘Vestiaire’—a term that Americans may find challenging—by offering a lighthearted lesson accompanied by visual aids representing vests, t-shirts, and air blowing, aligning with the brand’s French roots. Watch below:

The collaboration with Accompany Creative reflects both parties’ dedication to driving commercial innovation in sustainability and encouraging consumers to ‘Buy Better’ by supporting reuse and upcycling initiatives.

The campaign launch coincides with several strategic initiatives by Vestiaire Collective in the US market, including the introduction of a new US-based leadership team, innovative seller incentives, and localized VIP programs.
