Aptly titled “To My Hooman,” this fully animated national campaign taps into the emotional bond between pets and their owners, providing peace of mind for pet parents while they entrust their furry companions to Rover’s sitters.

The campaign’s central premise aligns with a common concern among pet owners: who will care for their beloved companions while they’re away? According to Little Hands of Stone’s findings, a staggering 68% of pet owners recognize their pets’ unique needs, making specific pet care details paramount.

To address these anxieties and solidify Rover’s commitment to personalized pet care, “To My Hooman” delivers a creative narrative that resonates universally. Narrated by pets themselves, the campaign’s animated videos offer a glimpse into the whimsical, emotionally charged perspective of our furry friends. The message is simple yet powerful: “Hoomans, go do hooman things with peace of mind, for we’re in the caring paws of Rover’s sitters.”

The videos present a pet’s-eye view of their owners, capturing the endearing quirks of pets’ perceptions—where spelling is irrelevant, hooman legs stretch impossibly long, and slob-drool becomes a language of love.

The campaign showcases a series of 11 videos, ranging from a poignant :90 anthem spot to succinct :06 segments. The emotional resonance of the films is amplified by the enchanting sounds of a small children’s choir.
