Padilla hires new Healthcare leader

Jen Dobrzelecki has joined Padilla’s Healthcare Practice as senior vice president and Group Lead, serving as a senior counselor and member of the agency’s Senior Leadership Group.

She brings her brand building and strategy, patient advocacy and issues management skills to help develop impactful communications strategies and solutions for clients. 

Jen’s experience includes leading integrated communications programs for some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies for over 25 years.  

“The healthcare industry is full of complexities, only intensified by the events of the last few years,” said Matt Kucharski, Padilla president. “Jen has the valuable experience and diverse skillset necessary to successfully counsel Padilla’s health clients to help build, grow and protect their brands and reputations, making her an excellent addition to the practice and Padilla’s Senior Leadership Group.”

Before joining Padilla, Jen headed up Goodfuse (a GCI Group company), founded, built and led the New York office for Lewis Global Communications, served as the US head of M&C Saatchi PR and held leadership positions at Affect, Golin and CKPR. She has also been honored as one of PR News’ “Top Women in PR.”
