Well, who better to solve erectile dysfunction than sultry Megan Fox? The actress stars in a new campaign for Ro Sparks, the telehealth company’s prescription ED treatment that combines sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients used in medications such as Viagra and Cialis.
According to Ro, the treatment dissolves under the tongue for faster absorption, with the company saying it can begin working in about 15 minutes and last up to 36 hours.
“Hi, I’m not Viagra,” Fox says at the start of the spot, dressed head-to-toe in red before introducing Ro Sparks as a prescription medication for men. Watch below:

Fox told People the partnership felt unusually on-brand for her. “I personally feel like maybe I was born for this,” she said. “There’s not a better person to have been involved in this.”
Ro says its research found that men are more receptive to messaging around erectile dysfunction when it comes from a woman, making Fox the first celebrity partner specifically for Ro Sparks.
The campaign will run across linear television, streaming, paid social and out-of-home, including a Times Square takeover. Ro also plans tear-away posters around New York City next week.
The company has increasingly leaned on celebrity partners across its health and wellness portfolio, previously working with names including Serena Williams, Charles Barkley, Trisha Paytas and Chrissy Metz around its GLP-1 offerings.
For Fox, the ad plays directly into the screen persona that has followed her for much of her career, but with a wink that makes the casting feel deliberate rather than random.
And for Ro, that is clearly the point.
If you’re trying to get men to pay attention to erectile dysfunction messaging, putting Megan Fox in red and opening with “I’m not Viagra” is one way to make sure they do.
