Pride Month is a vibrant time for the LGBTQ+ community, its allies, and various brands to come together and promote messages of hope and equality in creative and engaging ways. In 2024, many of the campaigns in our roundup are focused on encouraging LGBTQ+ individuals to proudly display their identity for all to see.
‘Mission Every One’ – Macy’s
Macy’s collaborates with The Trevor Project for an in-store and online donation campaign during June. The initiative aims to support LGBTQ+ youth nationwide by providing critical resources, including 24/7 crisis services, advocacy, and peer support. A PSA highlights the journeys of young LGBTQ+ individuals towards self-acceptance. Watch below:
Pride Swimwear – Bluebella
Bluebella’s Pride campaign showcases its swimwear collection in rainbow colors, featuring “a myriad of queer talents” like BMX champion Shanaze Reade, comedian Rosie Turner, and singer Benedetta Atti. Olympic rugbyplayers Celia Quansah and Megan Jones, along with podcast hosts Freya Evans and Scarlett Plott, also participate. Bluebella is donating 10% of June profits from the collection to Outright International.
‘This Is Love’ – Calvin Klein
Calvin Klein’s Pride campaign stars Jeremy Pope and Cara Delevingne, showcasing pieces from the new Pride collection. The campaign celebrates LGBTQ+ families and supports LGBTQ+ education and inclusion through partnerships with PFLAG National and the Transgender Law Center. CK Australia collaborates with BlaQ Aboriginal Corp. to support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander LGBTQ+ community.
