Macaroni Entertainment nabs Platinum at 2025 Vega and Viddy Awards

Turns out “Go Bold” wasn’t just a slogan—it was a promise delivered. Macaroni Entertainment and Ela Road Films are celebrating a major creative win, snagging Platinum Awards at both the Vega Digital Awards and the Viddy Awards for their standout Doritos campaign.

The work, which included three distinct ad variations, grabbed attention for its fearless tone, inventive style, and clear voice in a cluttered digital space. The campaign has also won a Silver Telly award this year.

“Receiving the Platinum Vega Award is incredibly meaningful to all of us at Macaroni Entertainment,” said Christine Sclafani, producer and founder of Macaroni. “Every project is a labor of love, and this honor is a testament to the countless hours of hard work, collaboration, and creative risk-taking behind the scenes. We’re grateful for this recognition and excited to keep pushing boundaries, telling bold stories, and delivering work that truly moves people.”

Two Awards, One Powerful Campaign

The Vega Digital Awards, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, recognizes excellence in digital storytelling across formats—websites, social, video, and more. This season saw over 1,000 entries from 26 countries, and Macaroni’s win puts them among the global leaders in branded content.

Meanwhile, the Viddy Awards, administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), awarded Macaroni the Platinum honor in the Non-Broadcast | Marketing/Advertising Campaigns | Digital Advertising category.

Judged by a select panel of paid, senior-level creative professionals, the Viddy Awards highlight work that not only meets industry standards, but raises them. Watch the winning campaign below:

The Team Behind the Work

The campaign was a joint effort between Macaroni Entertainment, a boutique creative production company focused on inclusive and culturally rich storytelling, and Ela Road Films, founded by writer/director Colin Francis Costello. Known for a cinematic, emotionally resonant approach, Costello’s team helped shape a campaign that felt as bold as the product it promoted.

With energy, humor, and slick storytelling, the Doritos “Go Bold” campaign brought together snack food and smart marketing in a way that resonated with digital audiences—and award juries alike.
