Havas paints picture of world without RBG

(New campaign marks the deceased judge’s birthday)

On March 15th, Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s (RBG) first birthday since her passing, SOS Children’s Villages, a charity Ruth favored, is asking us all to take time to reflect on RBG’s accomplishments and the immeasurable impact she left on the world.

One that will never be forgotten, but also one that must be replicated by future generations – by children who deserve every opportunity to grow up in strong families and get the love, support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential and do great things in the world.

Our friends at Havas New York created a film that asks the question: What would the world look like without Ruth Bader Ginsburg? The RBG film has people envision the stark reality of a world without things like bank accounts for women, LBGTQ+ marriage equality and choice.

And then encourages them to follow in Ruth’s footsteps and help keep RBG legacy alive by sponsoring a child at SOS Children’s Villages – the ones who will be the next trailblazers the world needs. Watch below:

SOS Children’s Villages USA will also be hosting a birthday party on Clubhouse at 9pm ET to honor RBG’s legacy, and celebrate her extraordinary life and accomplishments as a trailblazer who broke through every barrier the world ever threw in her way.

SOS Children’s Villages has partnered with The Authenticated—a group of clubhouse luminaries from the business world, entertainment industry, and beyond—to create this event, where members of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s family (her son Jim Ginsburg, and daughter-in-law Patrice Michaels) will talk and answer questions about her, and attendees will be able to share stories of how their lives were impacted by her dogged pursuit of equality and justice.

Attendees will also learn about her support of SOS Children’s Villages, and how sponsoring a child can help unlock the potential of the world’s next trailblazer.

In addition, Tyler Gordon (@tygordonsworld) is painting a #tyleroriginal and will share it on social media today, encouraging people to follow in RBG’s footsteps and help keep her legacy alive by sponsoring a child at SOS Children’s Villages.

Lastly, SOS Children’s Villages USA will be flooding the global Venmo feed with the inspiring words of RBG.
