GALE is officially deepening its global footprint with the launch of a dedicated London hub inside Stagwell’s U.K. offices, marking a major step in the agency’s continued expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The move formalizes GALE’s growing presence throughout EMEA as the agency continues taking on larger international assignments for brands including Waymo and Diageo.
To lead the expansion, GALE has promoted longtime agency veteran Murtaza Mirza into the newly created role of VP, Strategy & Head of EMEA. Mirza will report directly to Global CEO Andrew Noel.
“We built GALE to help brands grow by connecting with their customers wherever they are,” said Noel. “This expansion recognizes our growing global footprint through those efforts.”
The London hub is designed to bring GALE’s business-first agency model deeper into the European and Middle Eastern markets, combining consultancy-style strategic advisory with the agency’s CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement expertise.
Mirza, who joined GALE nearly a decade ago after transitioning from the consulting world, has played a key role in shaping the agency’s blend of business strategy and marketing execution, an approach that has become central to GALE’s positioning in the marketplace.
The expansion also reflects a broader industry shift, as brands increasingly seek agency partners capable of integrating creative, customer data, loyalty, and business growth under one roof rather than relying on fragmented specialist relationships.
“GALE brings a truly unique offering to this market,” said James Townsend, CEO of Stagwell EMEA. “With consultancy-caliber thinking paired with a best-in-class integrated offering and standout capabilities in the loyalty and customer engagement space, their deepened presence in EMEA will be a significant advantage for organizations looking to drive measurable business results.”
The London hub is now operational and servicing clients across Europe and the Middle East.
