Award-Winning Director Kacper Larski joins RSA

Kacper Larski

Acclaimed director Kacper Larski has joined RSA Films for commercial representation in the United States, bringing his award-winning talent to one of the most celebrated production companies in the industry.

Known for his automotive and sports filmmaking mastery, Larski’s signature style blends epic visuals with gripping montages, seamlessly fusing the real and surreal.

Larski’s recent standout projects include Garmin’s Fenix 8 campaign, directed directly for the brand, US Army Reserve’s Helper (DDB Chicago), and Bushmills Whiskey’s Follow No One (Mekanism). His portfolio also boasts collaborations with top brands such as Hyundai, Jeep, GMC, Subaru, VW, Mazda, and Chevrolet.

The Canadian filmmaker burst onto the scene with Land Rover: 68 Years Later, which won a Cannes Young Directors Award in 2016, quickly establishing his distinctive aesthetic. He followed up with Greatness is Rare for BBDO Toronto and the Canadian Paralympic Committee, earning a Cannes Lion Gold in 2018. Larski’s work continues to push boundaries, transporting audiences into dynamic and immersive worlds.

“The camera and film for me have always been about the ability to live 1,000 lives,” Larski said. “Stylistically, I want to transport viewers into whatever stories I’m telling—whether it’s a super athlete’s runner’s high, a skier’s dream powder, or even driving in space.”

A Visionary Addition to RSA Films

Larski’s addition to RSA Films has been met with excitement.

“Kacper is one of the most exciting filmmakers I’ve seen over the last several years,” said Luke Ricci, President of RSA Films US. “Whether capturing a character, an emotion, or an environment, he has a unique ability to articulate the world with his distinct vision. We are thrilled to welcome him to the RSA family.”

Larski shared his enthusiasm for joining RSA Films, citing the company’s roster of globally recognized filmmakers and its legendary founder, Ridley Scott. “Joining RSA is a dream come true. Filmmaking is about teamwork and collaboration, and after speaking with Luke and the team, I’m confident RSA will be the perfect partner for bringing big ideas to life.”

A Career Forged in Creativity

Larski’s journey into filmmaking began at just 19 when he landed a role as an art director at Ogilvy Toronto. There, he honed his skills under creative luminaries Janet Kestin and Nancy Vonk while simultaneously cultivating his passion for photography and motorsports. This led him to write scripts for car commercials, eventually directing the award-winning 68 Years Later for Land Rover.

Since then, Larski has directed commercials worldwide, collaborating with leading agencies including Innocean, Highdive, Doner, Leo Burnett, Grip, JWT, and McClaren McCann. Beyond his commercial work, Larski directed the pilot for GottaGuy (starring Rhys Coiro), a scripted series about a resourceful fixer, and is currently developing Further Than Speed, a docuseries exploring the profound human connection with racing.

Larski’s addition to RSA Films marks an exciting new chapter in his career, as he continues to innovate and inspire through his captivating visual storytelling.
