With the FROM Season 4 finale set for June 28, fan theories are getting darker, stranger, and possibly closer to the truth.
In a new Primetimer feature, the outlet rounds up several of the biggest theories circulating online, pulling from Reddit speculation, season-long clues, and the show’s own mythology. The result is a finale prediction list that feels very much in line with the series itself: unsettling, emotional, and full of possible doom for characters fans have spent years worrying about.
Sara Dies

The most immediate theory centers on Boyd’s dangerous plan to recover the bones of the Anghkooey children from the caves beneath Colony House. According to Primetimer, some fans believe the mission could end with Sara dying underground, especially after Boyd told her he would need her in the caves. The theory has gained traction because of an alleged social media exchange involving Avery Konrad, who plays Sara, in which she reportedly responded to a fan excited to see her in the finale by asking, “Who says I’m in it?”
Fatima is the New Kimono Lady

Another major theory involves Fatima and the possibility that she is slowly becoming the Kimono Lady, the mysterious figure who has haunted the series since Season 3. Primetimer notes that the character has appeared at key moments connected to Fatima, including in a Polaroid, during Fatima’s vision, and during the birth of the disturbing pod. Some fans believe Fatima may become a figure forever after trying to save everyone in the caves.
Henry Kills Victor

The finale may also put Victor in danger. Primetimer highlights a theory that Henry, manipulated by the Man in Yellow, could be pushed into killing Victor after being convinced that murder is the only way to escape the town. The theory echoes Abby’s earlier breakdown and suggests that Henry may be led to believe that Victor or Tabitha is an “anchor” keeping him trapped in Fromville.
Sometimes Buried Bones are Better

The bones themselves may not be the solution fans hope they are. One of the bleakest theories suggests Boyd’s plan could free the children but unleash something far worse. Primetimer points to the Man in Yellow’s warning to Tabitha that the plan could open the door to a greater horror, suggesting that the children’s bones may be holding back something ancient rather than simply waiting to be rescued.
Boyd is Becoming The new Man in Yellow

Boyd’s own fate is also under scrutiny. The Season 4 trailer’s ominous lines about becoming what you fear and fearing what you become have fueled speculation that Boyd’s transformation has already started. Between his worsening tremors, increasingly reckless decisions and a brief image of him with darkened eyes, fans are wondering whether Boyd could become another version of the Man in Yellow or a vessel for something equally dangerous.
Julie Made The Talismans

Primetimer also points to a theory involving Julie and the talismans. Since a creature recognized Julie back in Season 1, some fans now believe a time-traveling Julie may have encountered the monsters before and could be responsible for creating or placing the talismans Boyd eventually finds. If true, the finale could reveal that Julie has been part of the town’s survival loop all along.
Tabitha and Jade are TMIY’S Parents

Another emotional theory centers on the Man in Yellow’s identity. Some fans believe he could be the son of Jade and Tabitha from a past life or original cycle. The theory draws from the show’s imagery of sacrifice, paintings of a couple and a child in yellow, and the Man in Yellow’s strangely personal tone with Tabitha. If true, the show’s central tragedy may be even more personal than viewers realized.
The Man in Yellow is a Spider

Finally, Primetimer notes one of the more monstrous theories: the Man in Yellow’s true form may be a giant spider. Fans have connected repeated spider imagery, visions, and the mysterious Lake of Tears to the idea that the Man in Yellow is a shapeshifting creature whose final form may be waiting at the edge of escape. Honestly, if this were true, it would be a little too on-the-nose for us.
None of these theories is confirmed, but that is part of the fun and dread of FROM. The show has built its reputation on making viewers question every clue, every symbol, and every warning. As the Season 4 finale approaches, Primetimer’s roundup makes one thing clear: fans are not expecting closure without a cost.
Whether the finale kills Sara, transforms Fatima, breaks Boyd, reveals the Man in Yellow, or opens something worse beneath the town, FROM appears ready to end its season the way it does best: by answering one question and leaving viewers terrified of the next one.
