We Are Royale (WAR) has appointed Erin Serletic as their new Head of Growth, Gaming, and Entertainment. With an impressive track record across gaming, entertainment, television, and streaming industries, Serletic brings her expertise in business development, brand relationships, and creative talent alignment to drive the company’s continued growth.

Serletic’s extensive portfolio includes 360 marketing campaigns, rebrands, graphics packages, in-game cinematics, IP launches, immersive experiences, and event productions for top-tier clients such as Disney, Activision Blizzard, Riot Games, SYFY, Marvel, FX Networks, NFL Network, AMC, Meta, Hulu, ABC, and NBC Universal.

“With her deep experience in branding and marketing, especially in gaming and entertainment, Erin is a natural addition to our team,” said Jen Lucero, Co-Founder & CEO of WAR. “Her passion, authenticity, and progressive business development strategies align with our strengths as a studio and where the industry is headed. On a personal level, she is such a joy to work with, always bringing clarity and enthusiasm connecting with colleagues and clients alike. We are grateful to have her join the team.”

Serletic’s journey began in Atlanta, where she worked at various creative and design shops before advancing to business development roles in New York City at Trollbäck+Company and Belief, a Santa Monica-based design studio. Her career took off when she became Head of Client Partnerships at Capacity, where she was pivotal in expanding the company’s TV client roster and branching into the gaming industry, securing partnerships with AAA developers like Riot Games, ESL, and Blizzard.

Her subsequent roles included gameplay capture at Dark Burn Creative and VP Business Growth: Gaming and Entertainment at NCompass, where she played a key role in reimagining Hallmark Media’s Upfronts and orchestrating the upcoming launch event for Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws. These experiences led her to co-found Clove, a boutique experiential studio.

“Branching into new verticals and areas of expertise has been invaluable, but I feel very much at home working in the realm of design, branding, and motion graphics,” Serletic remarked.

Serletic is also a dedicated advocate for women in marketing and entertainment, supporting initiatives like Women-Led Games and the Global Entertainment Marketing Academy of Arts & Sciences (G.E.M.A.), which provide resources and opportunities for women developers and entrepreneurs in the gaming industry.

With Serletic on board, WAR is poised to strengthen its position in the gaming and entertainment sectors while continuing to deliver cutting-edge creative work across various industries.
