VSA bridges brand and strategy with Claudia Gorelick

VSA Partners has announced the arrival of Claudia Gorelick in the role of Associate Partner of Experience Strategy at the agency.

Gorelick will lead experience strategy efforts at VSA, creating meaningful experiences between brands and their audiences. As part of the digital and strategy practice, Gorelick will assist in crafting new platforms that drive customer engagement and business transformation, new channels to foster communication and exchange, and new tools to instrument intelligence and behaviors. Her role will further bolster VSA’s robust suite of offerings to our clients and continue VSA’s investment in the customer experience. Gorelick will be based out of VSA Partners’ New York office.

Gorelick brings a deep wealth of experience to her role at VSA, with over 20 years developing, implementing, and managing growth and transformational experiences as a leader at companies like Razorfish, IBM, SAP, MTV Networks, Sundance Channel, and Guardian News and Media. Her recent experience includes her tenure as Vice President of Labs at Sutherland, where she developed the company’s first-ever service-design practice leveraging user-centered experience and data-driven approaches to digital transformation.

Prior to Sutherland, Gorelick spent six years as the Executive Business Design Director at Fjord—part of Accenture Song. In this role, Gorelick led strategists across Fjord North America Studios, and used a rigorous data-driven approach to champion growth-oriented multi-channel projects for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies across media, telecom, retail, CPG, and healthcare.

“I’m very much looking forward to this next chapter at VSA Partners,” said Gorelick. “I’ve worked in digital for well over two decades, and during this time I’ve seen it shift from a siloed medium to an experience that touches every aspect of the customer journey. As Associate Partner of Experience Strategy, my practice will help clients match strategy to user experience for powerful, digitally-driven results.”

Gorelick’s role will work alongside both the digital practice and strategy practice, and drive impactful consumer experiences. “Building breakthrough brands means designing experiences that create real value. To do that right, we need to connect the dots between business and brand strategy and experience design,” said Chief Strategy Officer Ariadna Navarro. “Claudia will be brilliant at bringing a user-centric perspective from the beginning to ensure we create meaningful moments that build brand love.”
