Shipping+Handling signs Jenks for East Coast repping

Visual effects, animation, and finishing post house, Shipping + Handling, has enlisted New York based talent management company Sarah Jenks Repping to handle its commercial representation on the East Coast.

Jenks signs on following VFX creative director Jerry Spivack’s recent joining to the team.

Sarah Jenks Repping has been a catalyst in helping build the careers of directors and creatives who have become noteworthy names in advertising.

An alum of both the art world and the advertising industry, Jenks’ specialty is in representing talent and companies that provide superb content-driven production across visual effects, animation, and post with diverse and original creative solutions for broadcast and digital.

She’s guided talents’ success into work for a plethora of Fortune 500 companies and brands such as Adidas, American Express, Apple, BMW, Budweiser, Citigroup, Ford, Gap, Kodak, Pepsi, Samsung, and Target. Her company’s current roster consists of Collective New York, Homestead, The Bridge Co., Zuma4 Productions, and Corra Films and directors such as Silverio Canto, Bad Hombres, Alexander Haines, and Steve Green.

“We couldn’t be happier to have Sarah representing us on the East Coast. Throughout her career she’s proven that she knows what it takes to elevate a brand in this market,” comments executive producer Scott Friske.

“As Ring of Fire’s rep, she has had a working relationship with Jerry Spivack for the past four years, which makes her very familiar with his accomplishments and the right voice to introduce this new iteration of Shipping + Handling to the eastern US territory. We’re confident her forethought and work ethic are exactly what we need moving forward.”

Creative director Jerry Spivack notes, “Having a long relationship with Sarah, she completely understands our capabilities and strengths. She’s successfully been able to translate that understanding into new clients as well as fortify existing relationships. I’m looking forward to continuing our partnership.”

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Shipping + Handling and its team of creatives,” says Sarah Jenks. “I’ve worked with Jerry since 2015, repping his Academy Award, Emmy and AICP-winning company Ring of Fire. The recent merger of the studio with Shipping + Handling makes for a formidable creative operation, with some of the best creative directors, visual effects supervisors, composite artists, and animators in the world. They’re dedicated to delivering top work and they are also some of the genuinely nicest people in the business!”

With recent projects spanning commercials, music videos, and feature films including work on Oakley Prizm, Green Day’s Father of All…, and Academy Award winning director Errol Morris’ new docu-film American Dharma, Shipping + Handling is poised to fully offer all of its services nationwide across the advertising and entertainment industries.

Rounding out its sales force, Shipping + Handling is also repped by Hustle on the West Coast and in Texas.
