The bad hits just keep on coming for Sean “Diddy” Combs. A woman has filed a lawsuit accusing Christian Combs, the son of the music mogul, of sexual assault while she was working on a yacht chartered by his father at the end of 2022.

NBC reports the lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Grace O’Marcaigh, alleges that Christian Combs sexually assaulted her during a yacht trip that had been advertised as a “wholesome family excursion” but allegedly turned into a “hedonistic environment.” The alleged assault occurred just days before Sean Combs hosted a New Year’s Eve yacht party with numerous celebrity guests.

Christian Combs, 26, faces accusations of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit. His father, Sean Combs, is named as a defendant for premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht and for allegedly aiding and abetting his son in the assault.

The lawsuit alleges that O’Marcaigh, who was working as a steward on the yacht, was subjected to unwanted advances and groping by Christian Combs after he arrived heavily intoxicated on the yacht. O’Marcaigh claims that Christian Combs pressured her to consume alcohol, which she believes may have been spiked, and then became aggressive and sexually assaulted her.

Audio recordings included in the lawsuit purportedly capture O’Marcaigh rejecting Christian Combs’ advances and pleading for him to stop touching her. The recordings were reportedly made by a producer who was present in the yacht’s studio during the alleged assault.

O’Marcaigh further alleges that her complaints to the yacht captain were not believed, and she faced retaliation until she was eventually terminated in May 2023. The lawsuit states that O’Marcaigh suffered severe mental health consequences, including anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, and physical health issues, such as an eating disorder and epileptic seizures, following the assault.

This lawsuit marks the first to accuse Christian Combs of sexual assault. Meanwhile, Sean Combs has faced accusations of sexual assault by four women since November. Federal agents searched Sean Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami on March 25 as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation.

Both Christian and Sean Combs have denied the allegations against them. Attorneys for the Combs family did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the latest lawsuit.

The investigation into Sean Combs includes allegations of statutory rape, according to a source familiar with the matter.
