Jinkies. If it weren’t for that meddling Coronavirus, families would have probably flocked to theaters in order to see Warner Bros. new animated Scoob! last weekend. But Warner Bros. Animation did release the exciting colorful reboot which stars Will Forte, Gina Rodriguez, Zac Efron, Amanda Seyfried, Mark Wahlberg, Jason Isaacs, Ken Jeong and Tracy Morgan, to name a few.
And Frank Welker, the voice of Scooby since 2002, is back to say “Ruh-roh.”
The new film reveals how lifelong friends Scooby and Shaggy first met and how they joined with young detectives Fred, Velma and Daphne to form the famous Mystery Inc.
Now, with hundreds of cases solved and adventures shared, Scooby and the gang face their biggest, most challenging mystery ever: a plot to unleash the ghost dog Cerberus upon the world. As they race to stop this global “dogpocalypse,” the gang discovers that Scooby has a secret legacy and an epic destiny greater than anyone imagined.

You can rent Scoob! for $20 or buy it for $25. That’s not cheap, but it’s still less than taking a family of four to the theater. And you can take bathroom breaks or pause and run to the fridge for some Scooby Snacks.
