OKRP’s Laura Fegley joins BBDO Mpls as Chief Creative Officer

BBDO Mpls has its first ever Chief Creative Officer. Former OKRP Chief Creative Officer Laura Fegley takes on the role, starting today, where she will partner with President and CEO, Neil White and lead the agency’s creative department.

“Laura is an energetic and supportive leader that has a track record of creative excellence and strategic problem solving. I am confident she will be a great addition to our leadership team and drive the agency forward” said White.

Laura is a self-described “Midwest boomerang,” She returned to the heart of the country 5 years ago after almost 2 decades at some of the most storied agencies in New York. As an ECD at BBH-NY, she was the global creative lead on Vaseline, and she held creative director roles at JWT and Cliff Freeman and Partners. Since returning to the Midwest, she served as the ECD of Colle McCoy and HLK, and was the CCO of Chicago agency OKRP.

In her career, Laura has worked on everything from car and beer to diapers and lasagna. Just some of the lengthy list of brands she’s worked on include Vaseline, Stouffers, Mercedes, Newell Rubbermaid brands, DosXX, Invisalign, Illinois Lottery, Associated Bank, DSW, The Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation and the Governor’s office of Illinois during the height of Covid.

Laura has been recognized by nearly every major award show and has thrice been named one of “The Most Creative Women in Advertising” by Business Insider. She lives with her young son in Minneapolis.
