The One Club for Creativity has unveiled the 2026 Pencil and Merit winners for The One Show, with Ogilvy Singapore emerging as the global leader in Gold Pencils with nine wins for its “Vaseline Verified” campaign created alongside Ogilvy South Africa, Ogilvy UK, and Ogilvy New York on behalf of Vaseline.
The campaign dominated across multiple categories, earning Golds in Creator Content, Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Cultural Driver, Health & Wellness, and Social Media.
The announcement comes ahead of Friday night’s Creative Week gala in New York, where Best of Show, Best of Discipline, and the coveted “of the Year” honors will still be revealed during a ceremony hosted by Leslie Jones.
Three agencies tied just behind Ogilvy Singapore with seven Gold Pencils each.
LePub México earned seven Golds for Tecate’s “Gulf of Mexico (Bar)” campaign, created with Monks México and Landia México. The politically charged work scored wins across Out of Home, Branded Entertainment, Cultural Driver, Direct Marketing, Experiential & Immersive, and Social Media.
Meanwhile, Rethink Toronto continued its award-show dominance with seven Golds, including major wins for IKEA’s “U Up?” and “Sleep Talk Reviews” campaigns, as well as standout work for Heinz.
Uncommon Creative Studio also landed seven Golds, driven by campaigns for British Airways, The Ordinary, London Museum, and EA Skate.
Paris-based McCann Paris picked up six Gold Pencils for “The Final Copy of Ilon Specht,” the acclaimed L’Oréal Paris project developed alongside Beauty-Co Lab, Breakwater Studios, and Traverse32.
Chicago also made a major showing.
Omnicom Chicago secured six Gold Pencils for “Caption with Intention” on behalf of Rakish Entertainment, working with Omnicom Production Chicago and Pes Motion Studio. The campaign won across Health & Wellness, Branded Entertainment, Creative Use of Technology, Experiential & Immersive, and Moving Image Craft & Production.
The broader numbers paint a picture of just how global The One Show has become. This year’s competition received entries from 69 countries, with winners spanning 57 nations. Juries awarded 132 Gold Pencils, 162 Silvers, 296 Bronze, and 747 Merit honors overall.
And if there’s one major takeaway from this year’s winners, it’s that the industry continues moving toward work that blends craft, cultural conversation, technology, and participation instead of traditional advertising formulas.
