Mary Crosse and John Poliquin launch Fanfare

Fanfare

Two heavy hitters from opposite sides of the industry are joining forces to make production a celebration. Agency and production veteran Mary Crosse and award-winning director John Poliquin have officially launched Fanfare, a new AICP-member production company built for a modern, flexible, talent-first era.

Crosse brings over 25 years of experience in creative agencies, production, and post, with a résumé that spans Mekanism, Joan Creative, FCB, mcgarrybowen, Havas, Publicis, and multiple brand-side roles. She’s launched companies, signed directors who went on to significant acclaim, and judged top honors like the AICP Awards and the Webby Awards.

Poliquin, known for his distinctive blend of live action, VFX, and performance-driven storytelling, has directed for Warner Bros., Netflix, Paramount, and Prime Video, as well as music videos for artists like Hedley and Mother Mother. On the film side, he produced the upcoming horror Occupant alongside Barbarian’s Zach Cregger and is executive producing Coyotes, starring Justin Long and Kate Bosworth.

The pair shares a belief that production should be as enjoyable as the finished work. “We wanted to build the creative environment we always wished existed,” says Crosse. Poliquin adds, “It’s about collaboration, joy, and championing bold ideas.”

Fanfare’s branding, created by Autobody Studios’ Max Friedman, captures that spirit, a nod to celebration while keeping a sharp creative edge. With deep roots across advertising, entertainment, and post, Fanfare is positioning itself not just as another production company, but as a partner in making standout work that gets people talking.
