Aw yeah!

After premiering last month at CCXP in Brazil and causing all kinds of chatter, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have finally released the first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home.

And kids it is SPECTACULAR.

There is lots to get excited about here. We quickly learn that Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) and Peter (Tom Holland) have patched things up since the ending of Spider-man: Homecoming. You remember? Where May caught Peter taking off his suit and saying, “What the f—?!”

And it does look like the film takes place after the events of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame as it would seem some time has passed and Happy (Jon Favreau) has well um taken up with May.

Best of all, we get a good look at Jake Gyllenhaal who plays villain Mysterio, who quite frankly was my all-time favorite villain. And he is wearing the helmet. Yes, Mysterio is wearing the iconic fishbowl helmet. There is a lot of great humor and action to behold here. Sam Jackson also returns as Nick Fury. Watch it all below:

Did I fail to mention I hear the notes from the infamous 1960s theme? If that’s not good enough for ya, here is an amazing teaser poster below:
