‘Avengers: End Game’ is most watched trailer. Ever.

Avengers-End-Game

How has life been for Earth’s mightiest heroes since Thanos snapped his fingers and eliminated half of the universe’s population?

Or as pop culture likes to call it, “The Snappening.”

Now, we have a good idea, now that the first teaser for Avengers: End Game has dropped. And it’s the most watched trailer after 24 hours.

Two hundred and eighty-nine million views and change so far.

Now, let’s add to that number and take a look at the intense new 2:25 minute teaser that starts off with an homage to Hamlet with Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) holding his mangled Iron Man helmet. Although I’m not quite sure how that happened since it was nanobot tech.

Mind. Blown. I’ve contributed at least 10 times to those 289 million views. The first Avengers: Infinity War trailer has received 215 million views since being released last December, while the first Captain Marvel trailer is still only on 47 million views (the second, meanwhile, has 23 million). In terms of DC, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’s first Comic-Con trailer received 72 million views and Shazam! has received a total of 24 million so far.

So does Marvel Studios have another $2 billion hit on its hands? As always, post your thoughts below:
