Lauree Frechette joins Hanson Dodge as Account Director

Hanson Dodge has announced the appointment of Lauree Frechette as Account Director. Frechette, previously an Associate Account Director at Milwaukee-based Bader Rutter, will report to HD’s VP of Client Leadership, David Pollard.

In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s Green Gobbler and Potawatomi accounts, as well as contributing to new business initiatives.

HD has experienced significant growth over the past year, expanding its client services, including strategic branding, digital/social activations, and logo development for new B2B clients and household package goods responsibilities. Frechette’s background in B2B and experience with complex specialty businesses aligns well with the agency’s growth strategy.

During her six-year tenure at Bader Rutter, Frechette served in various roles, starting as an Account Executive and eventually becoming an Associate Account Director. She managed multi-million dollar campaign budgets, overseeing brand strategy development and multichannel marketing for clients such as Corteva Agriscience and its specialty businesses.

David Pollard expressed confidence in Frechette’s abilities, noting her rapid ascension from Account Executive to Associate Account Director and now to Account Director. He emphasized her alignment with the agency’s commitment to “making great leaps” and looks forward to her contributions to both the team and clients.
