This is not a leak. Repeat this is not a leak. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have released the first trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home. And it’s action-packed. So much action, the Reel 360 team has to process again.
While there are rumors flying around that previous Spider-Men, Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield, will appear in Tom Holland’s sixth go-around as the web-slinger (third solo film), only Holland appears in the trailer.
But he ain’t alone.
It’s a reunion of villains from Spider-Man past. There’s Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus (worse kept secret). We see a trademark Green Goblin pumpkin bomb and Willem Dafoe’s laugh. And there are blasts of electricity from Jamie Foxx’s Electro. There’s also Spidey in a new black and gold costume.
Did we see a hint of actor Charlie Cox (Netflix’s Daredevil)?
Much of this trailer focuses on Peter turning to Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to find a way out of his mess. If you remember at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home, Peter is framed for Mysterio’s (Jake Gyllenhaal) murder. Now, with no Tony Stark around, Peter turns to Doctor Strange for help. Watch below:

A synopsis has also been released for the movie, though it doesn’t give much away!
“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero,” it reads. “When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.”
The Reel 360 Team is ready for Peter Parker’s craziest adventure yet. Spider-Man: No Way Home opens December 17.
