“Through new partnerships with Roomkey, TiVo, IHG, Cox Automotive, and others, we’ve been in accelerated growth mode over the last year,” said Hothouse President Jon Katinsky. “As we build on this momentum, Mike and Jennifer will play pivotal roles in elevating our storytelling and design capabilities in partnership with Dale by sharpening the strategic and creative approaches that aligns with the needs of our clients.”

“To be able to join Hothouse with such great talent already in place and build on the momentum of the creative reputation here is an amazing opportunity,” added Schatz. “One of the major draws for me is Hothouse’s fully staffed, in-house video production department with on-site post-production suites that you have to see to believe. It gives us a unique advantage over other agencies across the Southeast to efficiently and effectively create high-quality video content that opens up our storytelling capabilities without all the red tape.”

Lewow, a 15-year industry veteran comes to Hothouse from Wunderman Thompson, where she was Design Director working with companies including Shell, Pennzoil, the Atlanta Falcons, Spirit Airlines and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

“I look forward to bringing a fresh creative lens to our clients’ visual storytelling and evolving the importance of purpose driven design that champions practical solutions for a brand. It’s apparent that tools and the industry are changing rapidly and it’s important to create thoughtful, deliberate communications through design,” said Lewow. “Hothouse has great energy with a collaborative culture full of scrappy, adaptable people who want to learn and have fun.”

As one of Hothouse’s founders and lead creatives, Bump saw the need for strategy and creative to be in-step from the inception of each project – Bump shared  “Placing a shared emphasis on our creative and strategic offerings helps give each of our clients a distinct voice in the market, creating a messaging simplicity that resonates with the audience we’re speaking to.“

Reel 360 wishes all the best to Dale, Jennifer and Mike in their new venture.
