Gravity Global promotes Megan Klingaman

Megan Klingaman

Gravity Global has elevated Megan Klingaman to Head of GTM (Americas) and Global Partnerships, a move that underscores the agency’s growing focus on integrated growth strategy, CRM, and partnership-driven marketing solutions.

Based in Atlanta, Klingaman will report directly to Chief Innovation Officer Josh Okun and oversee initiatives centered on go-to-market strategy, demand generation, partnership development, and CRM integration across the agency’s B2B and B2C client portfolio.

The promotion comes as more brands push agencies beyond traditional advertising deliverables and toward measurable pipeline growth, operational alignment, and revenue-focused marketing systems.

“Megan has a rare talent for looking at an intricate marketing ecosystem and instantly identifying hidden growth levers,” said Okun. “She upholds the agency’s expertise for combining strategic storytelling with operational rigor, ensuring marketing efforts are directly tied to pipeline performance and long-term business outcomes.”

He added, “Plus, she’s a people person and great with relationships.”

Since joining Gravity Global, Klingaman has played a key role in strengthening the agency’s integrated growth approach by connecting CRM systems, partnership strategy, content, and demand generation into unified marketing ecosystems for clients and new business efforts.

The expanded role reflects increasing demand from brands seeking agencies capable of bridging awareness-building and measurable business outcomes, rather than operating in siloed disciplines.

“I’m thrilled to take on this new role at a time when brands are demanding much more accountability from their marketing spend,” Klingaman said. “By tightly integrating our GTM strategies with advanced CRM and strong global partnerships, we can help our clients bridge the gap between initial brand awareness and sustained revenue growth.”

Before joining Gravity Global, Klingaman held roles at Goodway Group and Merkle. Outside the agency world, she is also active with Exit Five, FOCO Veterans, and Special Olympics.

Klingaman steps into the role immediately as Gravity Global continues expanding its global go-to-market and business transformation capabilities.

Reel 360 News wishes Megan the best of luck in her new role.
