Based on the New York Times bestselling novel by Scott Turow, Presumed Innocent is an eight-episode drama series produced by Bad Robot Productions and David E. Kelley Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. J.J. Abrams and Rachel Rusch Rich serve as executive producers for Bad Robot, while David E. Kelley, who is also the showrunner, executive produces through his production company alongside Matthew Tinker.
Dustin Thomason, Sharr White, and Jake Gyllenhaal are also executive producers, with Turow and Miki Johnson serving as co-executive producers. Anne Sewitsky directs the first two episodes and the finale, while Greg Yaitanes directs episodes three through seven.
