Even/Odd restructures leadership

Even/Odd

Award-winning creative studio Even/Odd is reshaping its post leadership: Rocco Campanelli has been promoted to Head of Post-Production, succeeding Ashley Rodholm, who will transition into a Director/Senior Editor role. The dual move signals an expansion phase for the San Francisco–born shop’s production and post teams.

Campanelli, a producer and creative operations lead with experience at top production companies and post houses, combines big-idea ambition with meticulous execution. He and Rodholm have already teamed on high-profile work, including the Cannes-winning WhatsApp We Are Ayenda campaign (created with The Lab at Anonymous Content). In his new remit, Campanelli will scale Even/Odd’s editorial pipeline, workflow strategy, and talent development.

“I hope to bring leadership and innovative strategy to a shifting market landscape while supporting and uplifting as many people as I can,” Campanelli shared. “Mentorship is a big part of that, and why I’ve always loved Even/Odd. It’s a place where you’re given enough space to innovate and grow. I can’t wait to pass what I have learned forward and continue to learn from others along the way.”

Rodholm, who previously led post at Even/Odd, transitions to focus more squarely on the work itself—directing and cutting with the meticulous craftsmanship that’s earned her festival hardware and repeat collaborators. “Documentaries have always been my strong suit, but I’m excited to sink my teeth into more originals and long-form projects, like features or series,” she noted. Rodholm will also continue to mentor the edit team to keep Even/Odd’s bar high across formats.

“Rocco’s got a really clear way of thinking about how to grow our post capabilities—building systems that actually support the creative, not just add layers. And Ashley’s creative eye is exceptional—she’s someone people trust implicitly,” added Managing Director Justin Lomax. “With each stepping into new roles, we’ll keep growing a huge part of what makes Even/Odd special—our legacy as a best-in-class, end-to-end creative partner.”

The moves underscore Even/Odd’s model: pairing nimble, director-led storytelling with an in-house post engine designed to carry projects from pitch to delivery—commercials, brand films, series, and features—without losing creative momentum along the way.

Reel 360 News wishes Rocco and Ashley the best of luck in their new roles.
