Easy Mondays sales includes VLM on West Coast, Texas

Rounding out its Sales Team, bespoke NY-based production company Easy Mondays has secured Veronica Lombardo Management for representation on the West Coast and in Texas.

“We’d been searching for the last piece of our family puzzle, and with Veronica we’ve found it,” said Founder/Executive Producer Asori Soto.

The fit appears to be the right one, as the company is shooting its first project brought in by VLM, an assignment for an undisclosed client, directed by Kristian Mercado.

“This was one of those jobs where you either go all in or you don’t,” Lombardo recalled. “Asori and I had only had two conversations up to that point. Once we jumped into it, we felt the magic. Everything clicked, Kris delivered an amazing treatment, and it all came together.”

“We very quickly got a firsthand example of Veronica’s vision and work ethic. We share common ground in terms of our commitment and outlook for building the Easy Mondays brand.”

“As a rep, I’m always looking for partners who approach business with the human element as a starting point,” Lombardo explained. “When I was first introduced to Asori and the Easy Mondays roster, I was struck by the overall feeling I got – there is a street vibe, a rawness, and a curiosity to explore human emotions with visual storytelling that I quickly related to. It was obvious that each director had a unique point of view, and a distinct visual style which I found refreshing.”

That roster boasts an eclectic mix of comedy (from all-embracing to zany), storytelling, live action, documentary, VFX, and tabletop, General Market and Hispanic Market, united in its cultural diversity and the distinct imprint of each director and team: Biceps, Sebastian Caporelli, Luis Gerard, Matt Hranek, Kristian Mercado, Plastico, Maca Rubio, Tomat, Nes Buzzalino, and Yann Malka.

“Easy Mondays is cultivating not just careers but ideas,” Lombardo concluded. “As a first generation American, I really appreciate the multicultural family Asori continues to curate with talent from the US, Brazil, Argentina and so forth. Easy Mondays is truly a reflection of Asori’s passion and the figure he has become in this business. I couldn’t be more excited to be extending Easy Mondays’ reach in the West Coast and Texas.”

Carl Forsberg and Justin Lasoff (Apostle) represent Easy Mondays on the East Coast, Sarah Gitersonke (SG&Partners) reps the roster in the Midwest, and Marta Burga handles sales for the Hispanic market.
