DAVID promotes Joana Plautz and Marian D’Aprile

DAVID Miami has recently promoted Joana Plautz and Mariana D’Aprile to important leadership roles within the organization.

Plautz has been promoted to the position of Creative Director, while D’Aprile is now the Head of Account. Both have been with the agency for six years before their promotions. Plautz was previously an Associate Creative Director, while D’Aprile held the position of Group Account Director.

Joana Plautz brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having worked in the market for over 20 years. Prior to joining DAVID Miami, she held positions at Mullen Lowe São Paulo and Wunderman Thompson Lisbon, where she spent seven years.

Throughout her career, she has worked with esteemed brands such as Burger King, Corona, Danone, Ford, Halls, Netflix, and Dove. Some of her most notable projects include the award-winning campaigns for Corona Sunbrew and Burger King Impossible Combo, which received recognition at prestigious events like Cannes Lions and One Show.

Mariana D’Aprile, affectionately known as Mari, also boasts over 20 years of experience with global, local, and regional clients. She has previously worked at agencies like Ogilvy, BBH, and TBWA. During her time at DAVID Miami, D’Aprile has led important accounts and worked on projects for clients like Devour and Turkish Airlines, including two Super Bowl campaigns.

Her portfolio also includes collaborations with Heinz, Coca-Cola, Johnnie Walker, Motorola, Sour Patch Kids, Halls, and Activia.
