CrowdStrike, the leading cybersecurity company, is set to make its mark once again at the Super Bowl with a thrilling new commercial titled “The Future.”

In this highly anticipated ad created by its internal agency redbird, CrowdStrike showcases its AI-powered cybersecurity heroine, Charlotte, as she confronts modern cyber adversaries on a futuristic frontier, ensuring the safety of businesses and citizens alike.

Scheduled to air during the two-minute warning in the first half of the game, “The Future” presents a stylized portrayal of the classic Western theme, depicting a showdown between good and evil in a digital Wild West. In this narrative, Charlotte harnesses the power of the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon® XDR platform to swiftly detect and neutralize cyber threats, embodying CrowdStrike’s commitment to securing the future of the digital landscape.

Other companies that worked on the spot include collaboration with talented industry leaders Howdy Sound, Lime Santa Monica, Nice Shoes, RadicalMedia, Union Editorial and Zoic Studios. Watch the extended version directed by award-winning director Tarsem Singh below:

“Cyberattacks are an existential threat for every organization on the planet. The speed, scale and potential business disruption of today’s attacks can make cybersecurity feel like the Wild West,” said Jennifer Johnson, chief marketing officer at CrowdStrike.

Johnson adds, “We pioneered the adversary-focused approach to cybersecurity, unmasking today’s ‘outlaws’ and arming organizations with modern, AI-powered protection to stop breaches and bring order to the threat landscape. As the cybersecurity leader and industry innovator, we’re continuing to blaze a trail and bring cybersecurity mainstream by telling our story on one of the world’s biggest advertising stages.”

CrowdStrike’s decision to advertise during the Super Bowl for the second consecutive year underscores its commitment to mainstreaming cybersecurity awareness on a global scale. Last year, the company’s commercial depicted how it would have prevented history’s most infamous breach, showcasing its dedication to staying ahead of evolving threats.

Based in the U.S. with a global presence, CrowdStrike serves over 23,000 customers worldwide, offering industry-leading cybersecurity solutions powered by its AI-native Falcon XDR platform. The company’s innovative approach, coupled with its elite incident response and threat intelligence teams, positions it as a trusted partner in the fight against cyber threats.

As CrowdStrike continues to blaze a trail in the cybersecurity landscape, “The Future” represents not only a Super Bowl commercial but also a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to securing our digital future in the face of ever-evolving cyber threats.

Super Bowl LVIII will be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, February 11, 2024. It will be broadcast on CBS and streamed on Paramount+ and Nickelodeon. Usher will perform at halftime.
