For a quarter of a century, charlieuniformtango’s award-winning work has generated results for regional, national, and international clients. This year’s 25th anniversary celebration marks the beginning of tango’s next generation.

”It was almost exactly a year ago this month that Jack Waldrip and I started planning what the future of our company should look like,” said Lola Lott, charlieuniformtango principal/CEO. “Talent has always kept us a step ahead, and we knew it would take talent to lead the way into our company’s next generation. So, late last year, editors Deedle LaCour and James Rayburn, and Flame Artist Joey Waldrip became partners.

Deedle, James, and Joey will continue with their work responsibilities. Lola Lott has remained principal/CEO and Jack Waldrip will continue as senior editor/co-owner. During the two years remaining of the transitional phase, Lola Lott will retain majority ownership of charlieuniformtango – which will continue as a woman-owned company – and its current team of executive producers, producers and artists will remain in place. “Deedle, Joey, and James have been with charlieuniformtango almost from the beginning: Deedle for 20 years, Joey for 19, and James for 18. Their exceptional work during what has been a very challenging year for our industry—and our country–proves to me that they’re the perfect leadership team to take tango forward,” Lola said.

Deedle LaCour adds, “Joey, James and I are committed to carrying on the legacy of integrity, excellence, and industry leadership that Lola and Jack have created and fostered. And we’re all looking forward to celebrating charlieuniformtango’s 50th anniversary!”

Here’s to 25 more years charlieuniformtango.
