
CBS is shaking up primetime with a franchise-heavy 2025–2026 slate, announcing new dramas, comedies, unscripted series, and event programming alongside 18 returning hits.
Among the most buzzed-about developments: Yellowstone fan favorite Luke Grimes will reprise his role as Kayce Dutton in a new one-hour drama, Y: Marshals (working title), and bestselling author Harlan Coben will make his true-crime TV debut with Harlan Coben’s Final Twist.
CBS, on track to win its 17th straight season as America’s most-watched network, also confirmed new creative partnerships with major names like Taylor Sheridan, Padma Lakshmi, Blake Shelton, and Keith Urban, while rolling out a fresh schedule featuring franchise blocks and thematic pairings to boost viewership flow.

New Fall Series Highlights
THE ROAD – A country music competition show exec produced by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, Blake Shelton, and Keith Urban, who also stars. Gretchen Wilson joins as “tour manager.” Premieres Sundays after Tracker.

BOSTON BLUE – Donnie Wahlberg returns as Blue Bloods’ Danny Reagan, paired with Sonequa Martin-Green as his new partner in the Boston PD.
SHERIFF COUNTRY – Morena Baccarin headlines as no-nonsense sheriff Mickey Fox in this Jerry Bruckheimer-produced drama.
CIA – A new Dick Wolf series starring Tom Ellis (Lucifer) set in the high-stakes world of intelligence and national security.
DMV – A single-camera comedy starring Harriet Dyer, Tim Meadows, and Tony Cavalero about the wild and weird lives of DMV employees.

Y: MARSHALS (WT) – Luke Grimes returns as Yellowstone’s Kayce Dutton, now navigating life as a federal marshal in this Taylor Sheridan-produced spin-off.

HARLAN COBEN’S FINAL TWIST – The Tell No One author’s first true-crime series brings his signature narrative twists to real cases.

AMERICA’S CULINARY CUP – A high-profile cooking competition hosted and executive produced by Padma Lakshmi, premiering after Survivor 50.
