CallSheet: Crew Calls has added a new feature to tackle one of production’s less glamorous but essential rituals: wrapping the job.
The new Wrap Sheet workflow allows producers to send selected crew members a single closing email containing a thank-you, job code and invoicing instructions once production is complete.
“The call sheet opens the day. The Wrap Sheet closes the job,” said CallSheet creator Joey Arcisz.
Rather than forcing producers to manually gather crew information after a multi-day shoot, Wrap Sheet lets users select the call-sheet days associated with a particular job and combine the recipients from those days. It automatically consolidates duplicate entries, while the producer retains control over who ultimately receives the close-out email.
Crew members do not need to download the app or create an account to receive the information.
Producers can also enter their standard invoicing details once inside their CallSheet account, including legal entity, remit-to address and email, accepted payment methods, payment terms, and file-naming instructions. Those details can then be included automatically with each Wrap Sheet, along with a custom thank-you message and job code.
The workflow also tracks which recipients have already received the closing information, helping producers avoid duplicate sends.
The feature arrives as part of CallSheet Pro and was introduced in version 1.2.10 of the iPhone and iPad app on Aug. 26. Since then, CallSheet has continued rolling out additional production workflow updates, and the current App Store version is beyond 1.2.10.

CallSheet also supports client, agency, production company, and vendor contacts, along with private recipient links for crew members who have phone numbers but no email addresses. Those links can be prepared for sharing without automatically sending a text message.
The broader CallSheet platform is built to create, publish, and track production call sheets. Producers can distribute recipient-specific information, monitor confirmations and delivery status, attach production files, and update individual crew members when call times or other details change.
CallSheet Pro adds cloud distribution, private recipient links, delivery and confirmation tracking, cloud restore, and the new Wrap Sheet functionality.
The basic CallSheet: Crew Calls app remains available as a free download for iPhone and iPad, with optional in-app purchases.
For producers who have ever finished a shoot only to immediately begin fielding emails asking where invoices should go, Wrap Sheet is attempting to solve a very familiar problem: the shoot may be over, but the paperwork certainly isn’t.
