“I’ll have a superstar with my glazed donut hole and ice coffee.” Apparently, actor, director, writer and producer, Ben Affleck loves himself some Dunkin’ Donuts. So much so, he took a break from filming a Super Bowl spot to help the DD crew serve up orders at the Medford, MA drive-thru.
While filming the spot for newly appointed AOR, Leo Burnett, the bearded Affleck could be seen clad in a Dunkin’ Donuts tee and visor.
Lisa Mackay, a customer, snapped a photo of the Batman v Superman and Zack Snyder’s Justice League star as he served up her iced coffee via the drive-through window. She told local NBC reporter Darren Botelho that the Batman star was “incredibly funny and quick-witted.”

According to Boston journalist Megan Johnson, Affleck and his wife Jennifer Lopez visited Dunkin’ locations in both Medford and Revere for filming on Tuesday. Both were wearing “America Runs on Dunkin” t-shirts.

In 2019, the Academy Award-winner told The Boston Globe he has “Dunkin Donuts every day. It’s very weird, I have it every day.”
According to a story in Adweek, Leo Burnett was named Creative AOR, after the Cambridge-based brand had left BBDO, New York for Anomaly in 2021.
