Anomaly has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team at its Los Angeles office. The move marks a strategic effort to enhance client growth and development across the agency’s global network.
Aisea Laungaue, a longtime leader at Anomaly, has been promoted to a newly created global partner, executive strategy director role. In this capacity, Laungaue will collaborate closely with partner and global CEO Karina Wilsher and founding partner and executive chairman Carl Johnson.
He will focus on client growth and development throughout the Anomaly network. Laungaue has served as partner and chief strategy officer at the Los Angeles office since its inception in 2016, with prior experience as head of strategy at Anomaly New York and a stint at the entertainment agency CAA.
Amanda Feve returns to Anomaly to assume Laungaue’s previous position as partner and chief strategy officer for the LA office. Feve is an Anomaly veteran who previously served as partner and chief strategy officer of Anomaly’s Amsterdam office, where she led global businesses such as Johnnie Walker and LVMH across the London and Berlin offices.
After relocating back to the U.S. post-pandemic, Feve held the position of chief strategy officer at Media Arts Lab.
Feve will lead the LA office alongside Khara Wagner and Josh Fell. Wagner, who became president of Anomaly LA in 2022 after serving as managing partner and head of account management at Anomaly New York, has been elevated to partner and CEO. Fell will continue as partner and chief creative officer.
