160over90 names new leadership team

160over90

Cultural marketing powerhouse 160over90 has unveiled a new leadership structure, appointing executive vice presidents Jessica Sinn, Justin Zambuto, and Ryan Brown as co-leads of the agency.

This marks a significant shift as long-time president Ed Horne, who has guided the agency since its inception in 2017, transitions to his new role as Chief Operating Officer at On Location, a leading company specializing in premium experiences, hospitality, and travel.

Jessica Sinn

As Executive Vice President, Jessica Sinn will spearhead global business development while continuing to lead the agency’s Entertainment Marketing division and integrated marketing efforts. Based in Beverly Hills, Jessica’s expanded role will focus on fostering collaboration across business development and the agency’s verticals. Before joining 160over90 in 2022, she held leadership positions at Team One, 72andSunny, and Wieden+Kennedy.

Justin Zambuto

Based in New York, Justin Zambuto will oversee global accounts across experiential, partnerships, PR, social, and creator verticals. Additionally, he will manage internal operations for the agency. Justin’s journey with the company began in 1996 when he worked in events and operations for IMG’s tennis business.

Ryan Brown

Elevated to Executive Vice President, Ryan Brown will oversee 160over90’s branding, creative, video, strategy, and media services verticals. Joining the agency in 2006, Ryan has been instrumental in growing its branding and institutional marketing practice.

Together, Jessica, Justin, and Ryan will chart the strategic vision for 160over90 and its clients while strengthening the agency’s relationship with WME.

Ed Horne’s New Role

Ed Horne, who has been pivotal in 160over90’s evolution, will now serve as COO at On Location, a global leader in premium experiences tied to major events like the Super Bowl, Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup, and WWE WrestleMania. Although stepping away from day-to-day operations at 160over90, Ed will continue to provide strategic support to the agency.

In a shared statement, Jessica, Justin, and Ryan expressed their excitement about the future of 160over90, “We’re honored to be jointly leading 160over90 into the future. As brands of all sizes and across all industries continue chasing cultural relevancy and resonance, there has never been a more exciting time to create work that puts our clients at the forefront of what’s next.”

This leadership transition comes at a pivotal moment as Endeavor recently announced a deal for TKO Group Holdings, Inc. to acquire On Location—a transaction expected to close in the first half of 2025. With new leadership at the helm, 160over90 is poised to continue its trajectory as a cultural marketing leader, delivering innovative campaigns for clients worldwide.

Reel 360 News wishes Jessica, Justin, and Ryan the best of luck in their new roles.
