Yacht Club deepens creative with major post expansion

Yacht Club

Brooklyn-based Yacht Club, the production company known for its fresh, holistic take on filmmaking, is leveling up its post-production game.

After years of refining an in-house process that has powered their own standout work, the shop is officially opening its expanded post department to agencies and brands looking for a creative partner that can deliver both style and efficiency.

“Clients want collaborators who can think creatively while still moving with real-world efficiency,” says Zach Law, Head of Post and Founding Partner. “We consider everything, from the technical approach to the creative exploration, to make sure the best possible work ends up on screen.”

Law says that while the post originally existed to support the Yacht Club’s own productions, the demand for their expertise made expansion a natural next step. Helping lead the charge is producer Zac “Gobetz” Gobetz, whose fifteen years across Company 3, Movement Strategy, and Postworks give him the rare mix of operational instinct and easygoing on-set energy that creatives love having in the room.

The editorial team is also growing. Editor Aria Yagobi, whose work spans Baskin Robbins, Bud Light, and Gillette, is now joined by Jacqueline Xerri. Xerri brings a wide range of commercial and longform experience with clients like Etsy, Dunkin’, Architectural Digest, and The North Face. Her recent work on Pure’s 2025 Telly Award–winning campaign adds even more firepower to the department.

Rounding out the expanded offering is award-winning 3D motion designer and VFX artist Amin Ashtar Ali. With a deep background across the 3D pipeline, he specializes in merging asset creation, animation, compositing, and tabletop filmmaking to give projects a richer visual dimension.

“We want to elevate the creative without overcomplicating the process,” Law adds. “Just as important, we want clients to enjoy their time with us and feel how much we care about going above and beyond.”
