The Mill today announced the promotion of Misha Stanford-Harris to Vice President of Global Production.
Misha Stanford-Harris started at The Technicolor-owned company in December 2014 as an award-winning Executive VFX Producer, before taking on the role of Head of Production and subsequently becoming Managing Director for the London and Berlin Studios.
Prior to joining The Mill, he was Managing Director at Glassworks, Executive Producer at Rushes and Senior Producer at Guava (Nice Shoes).
As Vice President of Global Production, Misha will be responsible for ensuring The Mill is consistently set up to produce innovative work for its creative partners globally, partnering the right talent with the latest in production and VFX technology to deliver work at an award-winning standard. He will be responsible for negotiating new global partnerships with blue chip brands and agencies to deliver work across The Mill’s three key offerings, VFX, end-to-end creative production and experiential marketing.

Misha has over 25 years of experience in the advertising space, having collaborated with some of the industry’s most prolific directors on award-winning projects such as Dom +Nic’s Chemical Brothers promo ‘Wide Open’, Libresse ‘Blood Normal’ directed by Daniel Wolfe, Amazon ‘Before Alexa’ directed by Steve Rogers, Adam Berg’s Talk Talk ‘Homes Within Home’, which won 4 British Craft Arrows, and Daniel Wolfe’s Mini ‘The Faith of Few.’ During his time as a leading production executive in The Mill’s London location, the studio has topped the Televisual Facilities 50 poll for 12 consecutive years.
