The alliance began when a mutual client introduced Becky Morrison, Founder/CEO of The Light, and Ricardo Roberts, Co-Founder of BIEN. Both leaders share a vision for transforming the industry and have built their companies on the foundations of equity, diversity, and sustainability—delivering live-action and motion design projects that inspire change.
