Team One announces new Dallas leadership

Team One has announced Amanda Abrams and Joel Dons will take on the roles of co-leads for Team One Dallas, overseeing a team of nearly 70 specialists in media, technology, creative, strategy, analytics, and account management.

Amanda Abrams is promoted to the position of Executive Creative Director and co-lead of Team One Dallas. In addition to her current creative responsibilities, she will also be responsible for building agency culture and launching cross-platform ideas that go beyond traditional advertisements.

Joel Dons is promoted to Executive Director, Client Partner, and co-lead of Team One Dallas. He will lead integrated teams and provide support to clients in achieving their goals.

Julie Michael, CEO of Team One, praised Joel and Amanda’s achievements and the success of the entire Dallas team. She emphasized their nine years of collaboration and leadership in launching many of Team One’s successful projects. With the continued growth of the Dallas team, Michael expects that Joel and Amanda will drive creativity and collaboration to benefit both employees and clients.
