SuperBloom House names Sean Daly Director of Growth and New Business

Sean Daly

SuperBloom House has named Sean Daly Director of Growth and New Business, marking the Los Angeles-based creative company’s first full-time hire dedicated specifically to new business.

In the newly created role, Daly will help expand SuperBloom’s relationships with startups and emerging brands while bringing together the company’s strategy, creative, entertainment, media and production capabilities.

He will also help grow access to SuperBloom House’s Creative Collective, a network of more than 100 creators and specialists working across areas including fashion, food, travel, technology and finance.

The collective connects brands and agencies with a wider range of creative perspectives, while giving SuperBloom’s internal teams access to outside expertise that can help shape culturally relevant work.

“We’re thrilled to have Sean joining the team here at SuperBloom as we prepare for our biggest year yet,” said Briony McCarthy, CEO and Founding Partner at SuperBloom. “His extensive background working across diverse clients gives him a key insight into brand decision-making and how to shape creative ambition into powerful narratives.”

Daly joins SuperBloom House after building his agency career at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Deutsch LA and Zambezi.

He began in account management before taking on broader client leadership responsibilities. During his final six years at Zambezi, Daly led relationships and integrated campaigns across CPG, technology, sports and lifestyle brands.

Throughout his agency career, he has worked with brands including Gatorade, Uber, Google, 7-Eleven and the NFL.

More recently, his focus has shifted toward new business and the opportunity to help shape the kinds of partnerships that can expand an agency’s reach.

“What drew me to SuperBloom House is the opportunity to rethink what a brand partnership can look like,” Daly said. “My agency background has taught me that the most compelling creative often comes from bringing unexpected people, perspectives and mediums together, and that’s exactly what I’m excited to do here.”

For SuperBloom House, the appointment adds a dedicated growth function at a time when the company is looking to expand both its client base and the role of its Creative Collective.

Rather than treating new business as a side responsibility spread across leadership, the company is giving it a full-time seat at the table.

And for Daly, the mandate is clear: open more doors, build new partnerships and connect brands with a broader creative ecosystem.
