SPCSHP announces multiple senior-Level promotions

Following a year of major growth, SPCSHP announced a new round of promotions, elevating eleven team members to senior-level roles across strategy, creative, production, and account management.

“After a year of major new business wins, from BOTOX Cosmetic to Dairy Queen, and the milestone of joining the MSQ family, we’re investing in what drives our success: our crew,” said Ranae Heuer, CEO of SPCSHP.

Key leadership promotions include:

  • Alessandra Pinho from VP, Strategy to SVP, Strategy
  • Raphael Bouquillon from VP, Account Management to SVP, Account Management
  • Steve Street from Executive Creative Director to SVP, Executive Creative Director
  • Kristopher Kowal from Group Production Director to VP, Production
  • Natalie Walby from Group Director, Head of Growth to VP, Growth
  • Christine Gratton from Group Creative Director to Executive Creative Director

In their new roles, Pinho and Street will drive strategy and creative excellence across SPCSHP’s client roster, which includes Chase, BOTOX Cosmetic, Paze, and more. Bouquillon will oversee the agency’s full book of business, while Kowal leads the production department. Walby will continue spearheading new business efforts, and Gratton will take creative leadership of Dairy Queen, a major new client win for the agency in 2024.
