Sabrina Carpenter went full rock goddess for Halloween. The singer transformed into Stevie Nicks for one of her 2026 Halloween looks, paying tribute to the Fleetwood Mac icon just five months after the two performed together at the Met Gala.

Carpenter shared photos of the costume on Instagram, wearing a black top hat and flowing black dress with long, sheer sleeves, along with ankle boots and a tambourine – all hallmarks of Nicks’ signature stage style.

The tribute carried some extra meaning this year.

Carpenter and Nicks teamed up at the 2026 Met Gala in May, performing Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” during Nicks’ first appearance.

But Carpenter didn’t stop at one costume. She also went nostalgic as Penny Pingleton, Amanda Bynes’ character from the 2007 movie Hairspray.

For that look, Carpenter wore a fitted light-blue dress decorated with pink roses, a matching bolero and hot-pink pumps, while styling her hair in a half-up beehive and carrying a lollipop.

She leaned fully into the character on TikTok as well, singing along to “You Can’t Stop the Beat” with friends dressed as fellow Hairspray characters Link Larkin and Tracy Turnblad.

“Oh seaweed, you do care,” Carpenter captioned the clip.

Her Halloween carousel also included a photo with Troye Sivan and another costume inspired by the twins from The Shining.

Still, the Stevie Nicks transformation was the standout, less parody than affectionate homage from one pop star to another.
