Rush Street Gaming taps Doner as new AOR

Rush Street Doner

Rush Street Gaming has officially selected Doner as its new agency of record, following a competitive review that wrapped this fall. The multiyear partnership brings Doner’s full strategic and creative firepower to all five Rivers Casino properties, with a particular emphasis on high-volume content production powered by data, automation, and AI.

For one of the fastest-growing gaming operators in North America, speed and precision aren’t luxuries — they’re the business model. And that’s precisely what Rush Street says Doner brings to the table.

“Rush Street Gaming is a fast-moving, data-driven business that requires a marketing partner who can operate with that same level of pace and precision,” said Cliff Ehrlich, Chief Operating Officer at Rush Street Gaming. “We’re excited to partner with Doner and tap into their strategic acumen, creative sensibilities, and their unique approach to production – powering our properties with the right content, at the speed and scale our business needs.”

Doner will lead brand strategy and deliver a steady pipeline of insight-driven, culturally relevant content across Rivers Casino’s markets, from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia to Chicagoland, Schenectady and Portsmouth. The agency has made significant investments in modern production tools, combining automation, AI workflow optimization and a data-intelligence backbone to help Rush Street drive loyalty while attracting new guests.

For Doner, known for its deep roster of entertainment, gaming and hospitality clients, the fit is natural. “Rush Street Gaming is an ideal partnership for what we’ve built at Doner,” said David DeMuth, CEO of Doner. “We’re excited to tap into our expertise in driving traffic, building brand affinity and loyalty, and perpetually powering the individual properties with insight-driven, highly precise, and efficiently produced content at scale.”

The partnership will strengthen local-market engagement while ensuring a cohesive, recognizable brand identity across all Rivers Casino properties. Doner’s first campaign for the brand is expected to debut in 2026.
