Peter faces Scorpion, Hulk and The Hand in new Spider-Man trailer

Spider-Man: Brand New Day

The world may have forgotten Peter Parker, but he has not forgotten them. Marvel has released the latest trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with Tom Holland and Zendaya announcing from Amsterdam that tickets are now on sale for the next chapter in the Spider-Man franchise.

The trailer launch follows the start of the film’s press tour in Madrid earlier this week. The movie swings exclusively into theaters July 31, 2026.

In a first for Spider-Man, Brand New Day has been specially crafted in two native aspect ratios to deliver a more immersive theatrical experience. The film will be distributed in a 1.90:1 presentation for flat screens and a 2.39:1 presentation for scope screens, allowing the image to fill different auditorium formats more completely while preserving the intended framing.

The story picks up with Peter Parker fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man in a world that no longer remembers him. As he watches his old friends move on without him, the pressure sparks a change in Peter that he may not be able to control.

That transformation may also be the only thing capable of stopping a new threat to the city and the people he loves: a powerful villain no one can see. Watch below:

Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker, with Zendaya also starring. The cast includes Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo.

The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. Producers include Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, and Rachel O’Connor, with Louis D’Esposito and David Cain serving as executive producers.

With its new trailer, poster, ticket launch, and expanded theatrical presentation, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is positioning itself as one of the summer’s biggest superhero releases, while continuing Peter Parker’s story after a world-changing reset.
