Pavone Group has promoted Lisa Corry-Godby to Group Strategy and Communications Director, a move designed to deepen integration across strategy, communications and creative while strengthening the agency’s ability to deliver sharper, more effective work for clients.

In her expanded role, Corry-Godby will lead strategic thinking across the organization’s multiple disciplines, helping ensure that insight, messaging and creative execution are aligned from the outset. The promotion reflects Pavone Group’s continued focus on building a more connected process and stronger client outcomes.

Pavone Group is an independently held collective of vertically integrated niche agencies serving a range of categories through specialized expertise. Its roster includes quench, focused on food and beverage, Vigor, centered on restaurant and hospitality, Varsity, serving senior services, and the flagship agency, Pavone.

“Lisa has a rare ability to see the full picture and connect dots others miss,” said Michael Pavone, CEO of Pavone Group. “Her thinking and collaborative leadership raise the bar for our work. Lisa pushes us to solve the right problems, and that leads to smarter work and better outcomes for our clients.”

Corry-Godby’s approach is rooted in identifying the right problem before building solutions, with an emphasis on creating work that is intentional, focused and grounded in real human behavior. She views strategy not as a one-time phase, but as an ongoing discipline that shapes the entire process.

“Strategy is about focus. When you’re clear on who you’re talking to, what you want them to feel, and what action matters most, everything becomes more effective,” Corry-Godby said. “You waste less time, fewer dollars, and your message hits harder.”

Based in Pavone Group’s Philadelphia office, Corry-Godby has played a key role in shaping integrated platforms for clients across a wide range of categories, working closely with both creative and communications teams.

Reel 360 News wishes Lisa the best of luck in her new role.
